The rated horsepower
is a maximum of 250, which is sufficient to pull the largest tilling equipment that we
have on the farm. The gross weight of the tractor alone is 8.4 metric tons which is
carried on Michelin low ground pressure tyres. This tractor is our main power unit, and
does over |
| 1000 engine hours a
year, as it will run almost every day from the beginning of July with the start of the
harvest season, all the way through to November, when the last of the winter wheat is
drilled. We expect this tractor to last approximately six to seven years at this kind of
usage level. |

If this were a
family car, running at this engine speed for this length of time, it would have travelled
the equivalent of 120,000 miles within two years. Or over its lifetime this tractor will
